You can access Tomorrow’s appointment schedule of unconfirmed appointments quickly and easily by clicking the Click here to see tomorrow’s unconfirmed appointments hyperlink on the Homepage.
Tomorrow's Schedule
A list of tomorrow’s unconfirmed appointments will appear sorted in order of appointment time. We call this the Unconfirmed Breakdown. You can click on any header link, for instance Patient Name to sort the unconfirmed breakdown.

Click an icon in the left hand column to message your patient
To confirm your patient, hover your mouse over the word Unconfirmed. A Confirm now popup will appear. Click Confirm now to confirm your patient.
To review Patient Details, click on an underlined patient's name. The Patient Details window opens in a new tab. See Patient Details article for more details.
View relevant appointment information such as ApptDate (time and date), ApptType (appointment type), Provider, and patient contact information.
Your patient contact information is visible allowing you to contact the patient and confirm right from Patient Communicator. If your PMS has the ability to write confirmations to your PMS, any confirmation made here will change the confirmation status of the patient to confirmed in your PMS.
View unconfirmed appointment details for other dates using any combination of the calendar, the date range box, and filtering by provider and appointment type.
You can print or save results to Excel by clicking the icons.
Easily contact a large group by using the unconfirmed breakdown filters. For example, you can filter on that provider, and a specific appointment type, and send a message to all patients that would be affected by clicking SEND MESSAGE TO ALL PATIENTS BELOW.
