Summary
The Homepage Alerts window will notify you of any new patient sms messages, appointment confirmations, Online Appointments, or Waitlist requests.
Notifications appear here if the popup notification window has not been opened. Once opened, the notification will disappear.
The Alerts window will also notify the practice when the internet browser being used to access Patient Communicator is blocking popup notifications. It is recommended that popups be enabled to allow notifications of incoming patient messages.

Also present is the button to enable or disable the audio notification sound when a new communication has arrived.
Click the ON (green) toggle button to turn to OFF.
