Quick Filter

The results of any Patient Search may be filtered using a number of filtering options. Results will be shown on the right side of the screen.

Filtering without a list of results from a previous search will generate a filtered list from all your active patients.

Quick Filter

To filter, click the check box and choose a filter option then click FILTER RESULTS. Multiple filters may be used for your search.

Filter for patients with invalid Email, Cell, of Home Phone contact information.

Invalid Contact Information Filter

Filter by gender.

Gender Filter

Filter to find patients who have registered to use the Online Scheduler (Enrolled) or haven’t yet enrolled.

OLS Filter

Filter to find patients who have been assigned Patient Tags you have created.

Patient Tags Filter

Filter to find patients who are overdue for their periodic recall appointments.

Overdue more than Filter

Select an age or age range to filter by from 0 to 120.
