If a new patient registers online, will the patient automatically appear in the PMS?
New online patients can automatically have patient records created if supported in your practice management software.
Otherwise, a patient with a -1 next to his name in the Online Appointments window on the Homepage indicates that it is a new patient.
You will the need to manually create this new patient in the Practice Management Software (PMS).
