Why do I see the Confirm to PMS icon (Pencil), if all confirmed appointments through the confirmation requests automatically appear in our PMS?
The icon will always appear in case your PMS is offline or a patient has sent a reply that we don't recognize as a confirmation. This will allow you to manually write back the confirmations to your PMS when necessary.
