How do I send an SMS message to a patient who does not have an appointment scheduled?
There are several ways:
- Click on a patient's underlined name anywhere it appears in Patient Communicator. The Patient's Details screen will be displayed. Click on the SMS icon to send a message. You may always search for a specific patient by using Patient Search on the Homepage or Patients tab.
- Click Communication Center > Select Specific Patients . Follow the on-screen instructions.
