Patient Status

Summary

To view the number of active patients within your practice management system (PMS), go to Settings > Advanced Settings > Patient Status > Get Status.  

This screen will display the Active Patient Count, how many Patients With Valid Emails, and how many Patients With Valid Cell Numbers Patient Communicator currently sees within your PMS.  


View Listing

To view a listing of email address errors, click the Data Field column to sort, and when done click Data Field again to bring any email address error to the top.  Corrections to any patient data errors must be made within the practice PMS and will be seen when patient data is refreshed.
