What are the keyword values in the templates?
The keyword values, such as "%PracticeName%" are pulled from the office settings and other settings in Patient Communicator. You may select and insert keywords from the drop down menu when selecting Insert Template Keyword.
Note: Not all keywords are supported in every practice management software, or in every template. We recommend testing the notification before enabling. See Email & SMS Templates article.
