Does the voice Confirmations call leave a voicemail message if no one picks up?
All voice notifications may be left on an answering device.
Patient Communicator will try to determine if it has reached an answering machine and try to call back after half an hour, but there may be times when we don't recognize the answering machine.
When a message is left, it's repeated several times to ensure it's delivered in entirety.
Patients are not able to press buttons to confirm, end the message, or call the practice when hearing a voice message left on an answering device.
