Summary
Clicking on the Patients tab will allow you to search for specific patients and their Patient Details or generate a list of all active patients and then filtering to find valuable information.
There are a number of different windows on the screen.
Patient Search

Allows you to search for specific patients by typing a patient first name and/or last name, a phone number as 10 consecutive digits, a Patient ID, or an email address and then press Enter or click the Search icon. 
Quick Filter
Quick Filter
Allows you to search your active patients while using a number of filtering options.
Show Patients who sent “Stop” or “Cancel”
Show Patients who have opted themselves out of text messaging
Allows you to see patients who have opted themselves out of receiving text messages from your practice by texting back the words Stop, Cancel, or Unsubscribe. If your patients do this, they are immediately notified by text message that they have opted out of texting and will need to text back the word Start to re-enable texting (opt back in).
