What are Patient Tags?


Patient Tags allows the user to mark a patient as a specific "type", such as: Spanish speaking, requires pre-medication, always misses appointments. These patient can be included/excluded from various message settings by using these tags.

To create Patient Tags:

Click Settings > Advanced Settings> Patient Tags.

To assign a Patient Tag to a Patient:

Click Patients, search for the patient, and in the Tags column, select the relevant patient tag.
You can also click Edit to the left of the relevant patient name, and in the Patient Details window, PATIENT TAGS field, turn on the relevant patient tag.
